**About us**
Our goal at NEW Landscapes is to provide a proffesional stress free package for our clients. We were established in the year 2000 and is located midway between Cookstown and Dungannon. We provide a complete package on our landscaping projects, from ground preperation and drainage, to finishing with natural stone, porcelain and concrete paving elements. We also provide soft landscaping packages including, seeding/turfing/wildflowermeadows and lawns, hedge preperation and planting, herbacous and shrub beds. This is all put together by our flexible and very creative team of skilled operatives.
**Hours**:
**Monday-Thursday 7.30am - 5pm**
**Friday 7.30am - 2pm**
Overtime available during peak season.
**Job Description/requirements**:
Minimum of 5 years experience landscaping/paving.
Excellent personal organisation and time keeping.
We are looking to recruit a skilled landscaper to our team. We are looking for the following skills/qualities.
Competent and skilled in laying and cutting Porcelain, Natural stone and Concrete paving to required falls/levels.
Building steps and ramps without supervision.
Seeding/turfing of lawns as part of a team.
Plant knowledge advantageous, planting beds/hedges and mature trees.
Help with ground preperation when required.
Use of Avant compact loader and attachements for wide variety of tasks on site.
Ability to communicate well within a team in a positive manner.
Follow instructions both verbally and from a plan.
Safely use handheld power tools
Ensure site is kept clean and tidy.
Drive van to and from site.
Ability to show unprompted initiative.
