What we’re looking for in our Software Trainer

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join a team of Software Trainers to provide our clients with the most up to date training on our ever-evolving platform.

We are looking for an engaging personality, ideally with Property Management/Accounts software training background.

In addition to delivering clear, informative and engaging training to a rapidly growing customer base, you will be responsible for educating a large client base to utilise our solutions to meet their business needs. To encourage the traditional high street Estate Agents to become part of the Hybrid Agent revolution.

This role is hybrid with online training as well as some travel to our clients across the UK. As such, the ability to manage your time, take initiative, travel and stay overnight are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct web-based training sessions
- Delivery of onsite training courses at our customers place of work
- Develop and document clear and concise training materials
- Remain up to date with product changes and update / maintain training materials and client collateral
- Reporting to HQ regularly on progress and to provide customer insights
- Following up training requests & contacting a large customer base to sell additional training packages
- Recording feedback and looking at ways to improve existing training schedules/courses
- Internal staff training
- Generate course content for online E-learning solution
- Always promoting the wide range of training services, you must also have the ability to build and maximise client relationships

Skills/Experience Required:

- Recognised training and coaching qualifications (Desirable)
- Strong customer management and the ability to build rapport quickly with people at all levels
- The ability to analyse learning needs, and deliver and evaluate effective training solutions
- Proven experience of taking initiative
- Motivated by a fast paced, self-guided, dynamic and demanding environment
- Experience of LMS E-Learning platforms and content creation would be desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of Adobe Captivate (Desirable)
