Moray House School of Education and Sport (MHSES) is seeking a specialist in student recruitment to deliver marketing and communication campaigns to enhance recruitment and conversion to a portfolio of our Education and Sport programmes.

**The Opportunity**:
The post holder will be responsible for developing and implementing key aspects of the School’s annual Marketing and Communications Plan.

This will include:

- Delivering student recruitment marketing campaigns for a specified portfolio of programmes;
- Using creativity to develop innovative ways to engage prospective students and attract them to our programmes;

**Your skills and attributes for success**:

- Experience in the production of both online media and printed marketing materials.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workload, and deliver to agreed deadlines and budgets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (copywriting, editing and proofreading)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to understand user needs and translate specialist or technical information to lay audiences.
- The ability to deliver a customer-focused marketing strategy.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with colleagues across the School and University. Strong analytical skills with some experience in the evaluation and reporting of marketing activities and campaigns.
