**Full Time 3-Month Fixed Term Contract Procurement Administrator - North Lanarkshire**

Are you a strong administrator looking to get into Procurement?

We are currently seeking a Procurement Administrator to join a global manufacturing client on a 3-month fixed term contract. As a Procurement Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement department in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of procurement processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Raising and processing purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather procurement requirements and provide support throughout the procurement cycle
- Support with additional admin tasks when required

**Key Skills**:

- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems but full training will be provided
- Show initiative and ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Hybrid working - 3 days on site**
