We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at a dynamic tuition company. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the company by ensuring efficient administrative processes, exceptional customer service, and effective communication. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to provide high-quality educational services to our students and their families.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Operations**:

- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain a well-organized reception area.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in managing student records, enrolment forms, and other administrative documents.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain our databases.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive rapport with students and parents.

**Communication**:

- Maintain effective communication channels with students, parents, and internal team members.
- Assist in creating and distributing newsletters, announcements, and promotional materials.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stevenage: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
