Key responsibilities:

- Raising sales ledger invoices on a regular basis
- Ensuring that sales ledger is fully reconciled.
- Chasing outstanding payments from customers
- Processing of refunds and adjustments
- Allocating BACS payments and cheques to customer accounts
- Responding to and resolving customer queries regarding payments
