**The Opportunity**:
Working within Edinburgh Global’s Business Unit team, the post holder will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to the Edinburgh Global Senior Management Team, and contribute to the delivery of the Global Strategic Plan. They will also be responsible for coordinating senior visits to the University by notable international delegates, acting as a primary liaison and delivering the elements on the day, as well as select online/in-person events and ad-hoc conferences.

The appointed person will also work with the Vice Principal International, Regional Directors, Head of Departments and College and Regional Deans, supporting a number of Committees including those focusing on university networks, joint-projects, and any as dictated by ongoing strategic need.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week over 5 days). This role combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working, however, the successful applicant, will be flexible as to specific days worked on campus, to align with peak periods of on-campus visits.

- Demonstrable experience in planning visits/organisation of large events
- Demonstrable experience in supporting committees (e.g minute taking)
- Exceptional time management and forward planning skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Demonstrable interpersonal and teamwork skills
