Having built a team that specialises within the Manufacturing and Engineering sector, Wright Staff is looking to expand into other fields.

**Job Role**:
As a Permanent Consultant, you will maximise the Sales and Gross Profit in the supply of Permanent workers to clients in line with pre-defined company objectives and values. To take ownership of running your desk, and building internal & external relationships to ensure you successfully meet individual and team targets. This role will enable you to build lasting relationships with clients who will trust you to support them. You will be working from our head office in Worcester with our team of consultants headed up by our Branch Manager. This role will require continued hard work in all aspects of the role but can be equally rewarding.
**Benefits**:
- Monthly Billing
- £5,500+ = 10% Commission Percentage
- £12,001+ = 15% Commission Percentage
In addition to the above, if you achieve £30,000 upwards in any quarter (Jan-Mar / Apr-Jun / Jul-Sept / Oct-Dec) you will also receive a £500 bonus payment. If you achieve £120,000 annually or more then there will be an additional discretionary bonus payment made, to be agreed upon at such a time.
OTE of £55,000 per annum for the best performers
With hard work, the bonuses can be very rewarding.
45p per mile business mileage
Statutory holidays plus 1 per year of service
Company Pension
3 company days out paid for including a high-end Christmas party every year.
