We’re searching for individuals who are passionate about what they do and dedicated to helping parents navigate the ups and downs of parenthood on behalf of our valued client Tommee Tippee.
**What you will be responsible for**:
- Being there for our customers to provide support and guidance when they need a helping hand
- Brand ambassador for Tommee Tippee, upholding their values
- To provide sales through service, including order processing and finding the right product fit for the needs of our customer
**What you will bring to the table**:
- Experience of working in customer service is essential, ideally within a contact centre
- A passion to work with a world leading baby brand and the drive to set them apart from the competition
- Experience of sales through service would be an advantage
- A desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
- Ability to deal with challenging situations and discuss sensitive topics
- Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
- Be able to troubleshoot methodically and simplify instructions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to determine the appropriate level of detail in response to queries and customer expectations
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment
- Ability to work well within a team
- Confident IT skills
**Working Hours and Location**:
- Full time - 40 Hours per week
- Shifts between 7am-10pm
- This role is office based at our Southend-On-Sea office
**Language Requirements**:
- Native or Fluent in French, both written and verbal
