At Understanding Recruitment, we are a leading technology and software engineering recruitment agency with a global reach. We work with some of the biggest names in the industry, from start-ups to multinational corporations, helping them to find the right talent to drive their businesses forward.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Developing and implementing a business development strategy to identify new clients and opportunities in the technology and software engineering sector
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients in the sector to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice on hiring strategies
- Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, such as social media, job boards, and networking events

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Previous experience within technology recruitment (or similar)
- 360 Business Development experience - signing up and managing your own client base
- A strong track record meeting & exceeding billings targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A passion for technology and the desire to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends
