Cambridge Regional College have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer in Sound for Digital Media, Full Time to join our Creative Media team at our Cambridge Campus. You will join us on a full time basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of between £25,631 - £35,564 per annum, plus staff benefits.

**About the role**:
To primarily teach in the department of Creative Industries, Digital Media, Sound for Television, Film, Interactive Media and Radio. Levels 1-3. May also be required to teach on other programmes at levels 1- 5 as the department grows and develops in line with market needs.

To be able to provide focussed tutorial support and progression advice for learners

**What we are looking for in our role**:
They should have experience with some, or all, of Audition, Premier Pro, and Photoshop. They should also possess a thorough understanding of Modern Media and the Audio and Radio production process.

Working to professional expectations, meeting deadlines, and being a part of a team are also integral for the role. Knowledge and experience of some or all of the following are also beneficial: Creative Media Production, Radio production, and Audio/Music for Film, TV, Animation, and Games.

The role also requires the ability to work with learners from diverse academic backgrounds - to promote equality and understanding. This involves facilitating learner development through discussion, guidance, and direction. The role also demands the ability to encourage and support learners into alternative progression routes than H.E.
