We are looking for a creative, curious and ambitious medical writer or senior medical writer with a passion for health and at least 2 years medcomms agency experience (*essential).

This is an opportunity to join a top advertising agency with a specialist healthcare team focused on disrupting behaviours and changing the conversation in healthcare to result in better health outcomes. With a varied roster of clients, you will have the chance to work on prescription, medical devices, animal health, OTC and wellness brands developing the full spectrum of communications for healthcare professionals, patients and the general public. As well as joining a vibrant and sociable team you will also be at an agency winner of multiple international awards - easily recognised as one of the most creative healthcare agencies in London.

**The Senior Medical Writer’s Role**:

- You will be a skilled and experienced copywriter with a love of bold conceptual ideas and used to working within the ABPI.
- You will be building strong working relationships with your creative director, more junior medical writers, account handlers etc.
- Comfortable being client facing and overseeing projects from conception to delivery.
- Current therapy areas include respiratory, oncology, neurology,diabetes, dermatology, cardiovascular and medical devices.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as medical writer or copywriter in an advertising agency (or medical communications agency).
- A strong understanding of the unique regulatory requirements in healthcare and pharma.
- A passion for healthcare and solid experience of writing the full spectrum of promotional materials in medcomms.
