Due to continued expansion The Wall Group are recruiting for Full-Time Supervisors/Team leaders for night shifts. The hours for this role will be 11pm - 6am, 5 nights per week.

**What we’re looking for**:

- To be considered for this position you must be aged 18 years or over, have at least 12 months’ previous retail experience working within a commercial customer focused environment, along with a minimum of 12 months’ experience in successfully leading a team.
- You’ll be target driven, and passionate about guiding a team to success.
- Ability to maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
- A clear understanding of working towards KPI'S including cash management.
- Strong commercial awareness, visual merchandising skills and a knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance.
- Ability to build long lasting relationships with all customers.
- Fresh ideas to drive business.

Hours of Work: A variety of full-time and part-time roles are available up to 42.5 hours per week. The working hour will be between 11pm - 7am Monday - Sunday. A degree of flexibility across our trading hours will be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
