Spar Glen Road

Spar Whitewell Road

Spar Doagh Road.

**What we’re looking for**:

- To be considered for this position, you must be aged 18 years or over, have at least 12 months previous retail experience working within a commercial customer-focused environment, along with a minimum of 6 months experience in successfully leading a team.
- You’ll be target driven and passionate about guiding a team to success.
- Ability to maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
- A clear understanding of working towards KPI'S including cash management.
- Strong commercial awareness, visual merchandising skills and a knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance.
- Ability to build long lasting relationships with all customers.
- Fresh ideas to drive business.
- You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role (Full training will be provided).
