Müller Yogurt & Desserts which is the UK’s leading yogurt manufacturer which aims to create millions more Müller moments for its consumers. It is responsible for major brands like Müller Corner, Müllerlight, Müller Bliss, Müller Rice, FRijj and Müller Kefir Smoothie and produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.

**We’re recruitingProduction Operatives**

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives within Bagging and Drying department at Muller Severnside.

The purpose of this role is to undertake relevant Production duties to ensure smooth running of operations and delivery of the daily Production Plan.

**Contract: Full Time / Perm**

**Salary - £31,112.78 Per Annum**

**Shift Pattern: - 4 on 4 off 2 days 2 nights (7-7)**

**Location: Severnside - Stroud**

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow all relevant legal compliance, and company policies and procedures
- Take responsibility for performance compliance.
- Demonstrate and promote the company values and principles.
- Actively undertake any training and development to provide effective succession planning and develop a high performing team.
- Work with the team to identify, implement and sustain cost saving initiatives.
- Deliver business initiatives to reduce waste.
- Ensure all dairy plant and equipment is appropriately cared for by raising issues to Team Leader.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards and requirements.
- Ensure all quality system controls and procedures are followed effectively to maintain product integrity.

**Muller Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate commitment to Health & Safety by appropriately and challenging unsafe practices, raising hazards and responding promptly and effectively to all hazards raised by others.
- Actively support and encourage all relevant group Health & Safety and EMS practices and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure that all relevant Health and Safety and EMS practices are adhered to.
- Contribute to the improvement of improvement initiatives documented in the Site Annual Operating Plan
- Ensure that all relevant data is captured and recorded promptly.
- To understand and be accountable for the performance measures within your control.

**Challenges**

- Working within a variety of roles from chill work to ambient work.
