Generate a detailed production schedule based on the production plan to maximize the use of resources and meet established production specifications and schedules.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Production Schedule - creates and maintains detailed production schedule from the production plan.
- Work Orders - releases manufacturing work orders. Executes daily, plant-level materials requirement planning (MRP) to create and manage production requirements to meet the production delivery schedules.
- Sequencing -establishes sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates per the master schedule/plan.
- Schedule Adherence - monitors schedule adherence and manage the plan through collaboration with the wider team. Collaborates with customer care team to provide appropriate delivery
- Planning - Translates projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule.
- Establishes key performance indicators of master plan accuracy.
- Identifies current planned level of demand and create tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.
- Support the calculation production lead times.
- Manages load levelling and bottleneck scheduling and utilize theory of constraints (TOC) for more accurate scheduling.
- Analyzes production floor status through input/output control reporting.
- Support material planners in maintaining planning parameters in the MRP planning systems
- Provides input into S&OP and short-term planning processes
- Provides feedback regarding feasibility of the plan.

**Your background**:

- Proven experience in a production control / planning environment
- Previous experience of planning with SAP systems is a must. Strong MS excel spreadsheet skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experience of planning multi variant products - desirable. Experience of extracting and manipulating data from SAP with Excel - desirable.
- Additional Information: This role is full time on site at Stonehouse supporting production operations.
