Sales Negotiator

My client is a fantastic organisation within the Estate Agency field who are currently looking for Sales Negotiator to join them on a permanent basis. 5 days a week Monday to Friday with around 2 Saturdays a month with a day off in lieu - Mon-Fri hours 08:45-18:00and Saturdays hours 09:00-17:00
**Main Purpose of the Sales Negotiator**:
**Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator**:
- Meeting and building relationships with clients and buyers
- Arranging viewings and co-ordinating freelance viewings staff
- Accompanying viewings
- Taking part in social media campaigns and videos
- Following up applicants for viewing feedback and conveying this to the client
- Client care, including providing weekly updates to the client, managing expectations, commenting on the state of the sales market, providing statistics, advising on price reductions
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Preparing offer letters, sale agreed letters and memorandums of sale
- Sales progression, including liaising with buyers, sellers, surveyors, mortgage brokers, solicitors, and other agents to ensure a prompt transition to exchange of contracts.
**What the Sales Negotiator should have**:
Experience of working within an Estate Agency.
- Impeccable customer service, organisation, and time-management skills
- Energy, integrity, empathy, motivation, and an altruistic approach
- The ability to prioritise and manage pressure
- A desire to make every interaction outstanding, with a view to exceeding expectations
- The ability to inter-relate positively with colleagues, clients, and applicants
- A strong interest in design and architecture.
