**Talent Advisor / In House Recruiter**

**Eastleigh - office 3 days a week, home 2 days a week.**

**£26000 - 28,000 + bonus + benefits**

Leading engineering company are actively recruiting for an experienced Talent Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.

The successful Talent Advisor / In House Recruiter will be someone who can deal withhigh volume BAU and on top of that, be able to schedule time for projects, someone with knowledge of using/training in competency based interviewing too.

**The successful Talent Advisor / In House Recruiter will need to have**:

- Knowledge of recruitment best practice principles and procedures and previous experience of recruiting in a busy, high-pressured recruitment / HR department.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong planning and organising skills, diary management experience.
- Strong IT skills and experience of using databases - Highly collaborative and always seeking to improve.
- Flexible with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities, effectively managing expectations when required.
- A positive, proactive approach to resolving situations, using own initiative where appropriate.
- Good time management skills, able to manage changing priorities.
