Role: Talent Acquisition Advisor

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £30,695 + bonus

Location: Chandlers Ford

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm, 3 days in office and 2 from home

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to help support and work within the wider HR team.

Our client is a well-established and innovative business with a cutting-edge approach to customer service, product development, manufacture, and quality. They are world leaders in manufacturing and the leading equipment rental solutions company in the UK.

In this role you will be responding to the hiring needs of the business, whilst working collaboratively to source the best people for the business and deliver a great onboarding experience to new starters.

**Duties and Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Advisor**:
Recruitment:

- Managing the entire recruitment process, understanding the roles within the business and identify demands and skills required to appropriately fill vacancies.
- Review job descriptions ensuring they capture all relevant responsibilities, skills and competencies required for the role.
- Attend meetings with hiring managers to plan and organise the recruitment timetable.
- Ensure all legal documentation regarding Right to Work and references are checked and saved.
- Build strong relationships with all recruitment agencies and networks that support the business.

Onboarding:

- Issue Contracts of Employment and related correspondence to new joiners, ensuring a welcoming first point of contact with the business.
- Share relevant documentation in a timely manner with the L&D, HR and Payroll departments ensuring all new starter processes are completed correctly and on time.

HR Systems:

- Ensure recruitment data integrity in a number of different systems.
- Produce metrics for the business that can be used to identify recruitment trends and analysis.
- Create all new starter workflows, regularly reviewing efficiency and effectiveness.

**About You**:

- Knowledge of recruitment principles and procedures and previous experience of recruiting in a busy, high-pressured recruitment / HR department.
- Professional and confident with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to form effective relationships with people at all levels and to communicate well over the telephone, face to face and in writing.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management, diary management and organising skills.
- Strong IT skills and experience of using databases.
- Highly collaborative and always seeking to improve.
- Flexible with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities, effectively managing expectations when required.
- A positive, proactive approach to resolving situations, using own initiative where appropriate.
