**The Role**

As a part of the strategy team, you will play an important role within the agency side of KOMI. We are looking for someone who is analytical & has a clear understanding of how social media can help our clients reach their desired business objectives.

You will develop comprehensive social media strategies for potential future clients, working closely with the social team on the final implementation. Staying up to date with the most recent industry changes and trends will be a huge part of this role.

**What will you be doing?**
- Lead brainstorms and the development of the best social media strategies for our current and potential future clients.
- Work closely with our paid social and influencer marketing teams to guarantee optimal strategic output within organic, paid, and influencer strategy.
- Ensuring up-to-date content and relevant Idea generation by liaising with the team to ensure content and ideas are informative and appealing and create a social buzz.
- Pitch social media strategies to current & potential clients.
- Staying up to date and educating the wider team on new consumer behaviours, cultural trends, and platform changes.
- Support the wider social team to ensure we are running the best strategies possible for our clients.
- Generate tactical and strategic recommendations for our client's social accounts.
- Assist internal teams with implementing new social media features and strategies for clients.

**What do we require?**
- You will need experience in social media management or experience in social strategy.
- You will need previous experience working in a social media agency.
- Ideally, you will need knowledge of social media reporting and insight tools such as Emplifi, Sprout Social, and Meltwater.
- You will need to strive in a fast-paced environment.
- You will need to be adaptable to changes in required content and quickly tailor/tweak processes to fit around those changes.
- You will need impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You will need excellent organisational skills.
