**The Role**

As Space & Time’s Paid Social Strategist or Senior Paid Social Strategist, you’ll deliver outstanding paid social media results across all social channels (including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest). You will report into the Paid Social Team Manager, and work closely with clients and colleagues, helping them to set up, manage and optimise multiple campaigns.

You will be responsible for the activation, optimisation and performance analysis for your allocated accounts, helping govern overall strategy and ensuring that ROI and performance targets are reached. You’ll also deliver regular reports and actionable insight to both clients and internal stakeholders, showing campaign results, highlighting key trends and offering suggestions for continued improvement.

You’ll have a commercially focused, can-do attitude, mixed with a friendly and positive outlook. A strong passion for all forms of Paid Social advertising is essential, also relishing the prospect of working across multiple accounts and platforms within a fast-paced agency environment.

**Key duties**
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and build effective working relationships
- Communicate with clients and take a lead role within meetings
- Manage expectations according to relevant SLAs, priorities and bandwidth
- Create proposals, including recommendations for budget weighting, targeting, creative & KPIs across multiple channels
- Help identify cross sell and upsell opportunities across different channels
- Conduct strategy audits to identify new solutions & ideas for both clients & internal stakeholders
- Assist the team managers in the day-to-day management of the junior members of the team
- Attend industry events & pass on learnings to the department & agency

**Skills / Experience**
- Extensive experience of conceiving, implementing & reviewing campaigns & strategies, which deliver performance and value for clients
- Solid working knowledge of cross-channel attribution
- Good understanding of other channels, both online and offline
- Advanced working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
- Strong working knowledge of pixel implementation and conversion tracking
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel & PPT
