If you enjoy Administration, Order, Reports, Communication and being on the road then this could be a fabulous role for you, I am currently working with a food manufacturing company on a Compliance & Support Officer roles to cover the **Midlands**, although this is a remote role, you must live in the **Midlands** in order to visit the retail stores in your area.

The purpose of this Compliance & Support roles is to ensure the Brand Standards are delivered across every franchise and retail outlet in your allocated region in the Midlands. To support the Franchisees and store managers with any issues, conduct auditchecks and ensure the compliance is up to date.

This is a Remote role but you will be visiting your stores on a regular basis so you may find that you are out and about for 4 days of the week and then producing reports with your findings and sending these through to Head Office (Enfield), you will bein charge of your diary so good organisations skills are essential.

Key responsibilities:

- To perform Brand Standards audits as per guidelines.
- Ensure action plans are followed up.
- Enforce new systems introduced by Head Office and make sure every store is continuing to follow these systems.
- Ensure Franchises implement any training received to company standards.
- Help with new store opening process

**Skills**:

- Good Administration
- **Full driving licence**:

- Word, Excel & Outlook (working knowledge)
- Strong Communication skills
- Flexible with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive self-starter who takes the initiative
- Resides in the **Midlands**

Working Conditions

Field based to include weekends, some time in Enfield may be required.

Salary £26,000 - £30,000
