**Support worker (Mental Health)**
**Rawtenstall, Waterfoot, Haslingdon**
**Salary: £21000 - £25000 per annum**

As they continue to grow and expand the services, they are looking for dedicated support workers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with special needs, including those with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Implement individualised plans and strategies based on applied behaviour analysis principles.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Support individuals in educational settings, including special education classrooms.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for individuals to learn and grow.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised goals and interventions.
- Document and track individual progress and behaviour data.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, families, and team members.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
