**Our Service**

At our service in Wythenshawe we support three wonderful, energetic men living with moderate learning disabilities, autism and some mental health issues. There may be some lone working required so confident**,** experienced workers are required.

Previous experience in positive behavioural support would be beneficial. The people we support at the house are confident, and it is important that the staff supporting them are too and take a proactive approach to support work.

On any given day you will be responsible for supporting individuals with personal care, medication, light cleaning duties and cooking meals.

It is essential that you are confident working with the people we support one to one in the community to take part in a range of activities.

**The Role**

Shifts will include; Early Mornings, Late Evenings, Sleep in Shifts and Waking Nights shifts (Sleep in and Waking Night Enhancements).

Please note - All successful applicants must be fully flexible to do all required shifts.

**Salary - **£22,734 Per Annum
