A rare opportunity for an experienced Commercial Administrator to join a busy and growing contractor in Farringdon, London
They work across a range of sectors including healthcare, residential, mixed use, commercial and sports and leisure sectors on multimillion pound schemes
Due to continued growth, they are expanding their team
Staff turnover is low throughout the company, and you will be working within a supportive environment with a strong management team
There is also a great social side of the job
The Role - Commercial Administrator
You will be office based in Farringdon, London, working within an established team
You will be working very closely for and with the Commercial Manager.
Duties will be varied and will include:
- Managing the subcontractor payments inbox
- Raising orders
- Answering queries
- Data inputting
- Producing monthly reports from Coins
Full training and support will be given
Working hours 9am - 5pm
**The right person - Commercial Administrator**
You will ideally have 3 years experience working as a Commercial or Construction Administrator with a construction company
You will be confident, personable, and will be able to work off your own initiative within a lively/ dynamic team
Administrator / Construction Administrator / Construction / Hertfordshire
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
