Leader Online is a rapidly growing e-commerce business based on Teesside. The business stocks a wide range of doors, flooring, and accessories across two key locations in Middlesbrough and Hartlepool and has developed its own in-house delivery service which operates across mainland Britain. The business continues to flourish and is looking to hire additional high calibre staff to deal with the increasing demand.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and reliable Transport Administrator to join our growing team in Hartlepool. The Transport teams role is to facilitate and coordinate an exceptional "In Home" delivery of thousands of products and orders on our own fleet of vehicles across the majority of mainland UK to our highly valued customers, ensuring the highest quality of service throughout.
- Route planning all daily vehicle runs using a program called Optimoroute
- Accurate and timely processing of orders for the warehouse operations teams to pick using our ERP and WMS systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Using Excel and Google sheets to compile daily reports and analysisng the results.
- Data entry and validation following agreed SOP’s.
**£12 an hour**
**45 Hours a week.**
Employees will qualify for material staff discounts on stock following successful completion of their probationary period.
Location Hartlepool TS24 7LH
- 3+ years fast paced Transport Admin experience.
Own transport is desirable.
