PART TIME CUSTOMER SERVICES ROLE

IMMEDIATE START

We are looking for someone special to join us in our team at Kingston Chiropractic & Wellness Centre.

Here we aim to provide the best Chiropractic care to the community of Kingston and surrounding boroughs.

We are looking for a superstar to help us in providing a 5-star client service at the front desk as a Clinical Assistant.

The role we are offering has progression levels, where you can be promoted and gain more renumeration as well as in crease your skill set

You're good at meeting new people and chatting to clients, remembering names, remembering details about clients; you would be a huge part of the wow experience we aim to give everyone who passes through our doors.

You're flexible to change and open to new ideas. We are quickly growing and expanding, and we need to adapt as those changes occur.

You’re good at social media

You are happy to work into the evening on our shifts outlined below.

You can handle a pressured environment where you have many things to balance at once

You're good with computers; word, excel, one drive and software programs (we will teach you our clinic software)

You're Proactive and use initiative, we don't want to micromanage, no one likes that

Willingness to learn; we will train you to be a superstar Clinical assistant

You're good with numbers, roles will include cashing up at the end of the day, doing clinic statistics

You're happy to take on a PA role in addition to a CA (clinic assistant role), this will be mínimal however may change over time as the clinic expands.

Confident on the phone and with sales; we are a health and care-based practice however we do need to share the power of chiropractic through what would be termed 'sales', essentially, it's more explaining what we can offer them and how we can help.

Willing to take on extra shifts when needed

You’re flexible with hours
- Hours are set to start with but we do need you to be flexible with hour changes, as our team grows, we may need to change your shift patterns.

Monday 8.30-1030 1.30pm-7pm

Tuesday
- 8.30am
- 7pm

Wednesday
- 8.30am-7pm

Thursday - 8.30pm-7pm

Friday 9.30am-7pm

You're happy for extra hours: We require you do do a minimum of 1 spinal screening a month, this is when we go out into our local community and raise awareness about chiropractic and offer them a consultation in our centre. These are usually a full day or two day event. They are often on the weekend so be prepared for a Saturday and/or Sunday 1x/month. We have a different pay rate for screenings and a bonus scheme.

You work at 100%, you're smiley with high energy, positive talking, always looking to improve and caring.

Your happy to work in a small team and for opportunities to develop in your role.

Your happy to talk in front of a group of people or willing to learn.

Preference that you have an experience in Sales and sales experience.

You have flexibility to do overtime and holiday cover.

We have a probation period of 6 months where we pay £9.50 post successful completion of the probation period (which can be sooner than 6 months dependent on experience) the pay will rise to £10.

We are looking to expand fairly quickly and your job role may adapt into more technical aspects of Chiropractic.

Job Title - Clinic assistant

Line manager - Dr Kelly Melnikova-Rhodes (Clinic Director)

Based - Kingston Chiropractic & Wellness centre

Job purpose - Provide direct patient care which will include telephone conversations, not taking, booking appointments and processing payments.

Key responsibilities

1. Greeting all patients in a friendly and positive manner

2. Understanding their concerns

3. Book and re-arrange appointments. Block booking, this is to ensure our patients have appointments at ideal times and day.

4. Taking payments/making sure all patients are kept informed when their packages are running low, and accounts are kept in order.

5. Stock control and ordering.

6. Keeping the centre tidy, clean and presentable at all times.

7. Answering calls.

9. Filing.

10. Meeting patients needs, requirements and expectations

11. Attend all weekly and quarterly meetings, training days and weekly coaching (compulsory).

12. Attend conferences (compulsory).

13. Attend all internal and external marketing events.

14. Clinic tours, making patients comfortable.

15. Explaining paperwork to patients and be able to explain our procedures.

16. Patient education, promotion of chiropractic and healthy living.

17. Reminder calls for all special appointments.

18. Maintaining the clinic diary.

19. Cashing up, checking reports, recording personal KPI’s

20. Always Maintaining patient confidentiality.

21. Following GDPR regulations
