My client is a Business-to-Business Networking organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a start-up organisation with a short sales cycle subscription based model. They are looking for Entrepreneurial Sales Professionals who have the flexibility of working Self-employed but need the Self-discipline towork independently in a Hybrid role with visits to the office and nearby networking venues but based from home.

They have newly created roles for a Sales Agent whose role is to contact Business Owners and Directors with the goal of encouraging them to:

- Attend Networking meetings
- Attend Exhibitions
- Take out a subscription to the organisation’s services
- Buy voucher lines

**Skills Required of the Sales Agent**:

- A sales hunter mentality
- An interest in Sales/Selling and the Tech industry
- A passion for business success
- Team player ethic
- An eagerness to surpass quota year over year
- A constant drive to seek and help new clients
- Ambitious/Driven
- Does not fear rejection
- Social Awareness/Intelligence

**Areas of Responsibility of the **Sales Agent**:

- List-building by researching accounts to identify decision-makers and generate future interest
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calling to our qualified database of sales contacts.
- Develop sales opportunities from inbound calls and enquiries
- Achieve targets set on a consistent basis
- Clearly and effectively communicate the advantages and benefits of the services
- Maintain accurate and current information in the CRM database
- Run Networking events to facilitate the above

**What will you do on a day-to-day basis**
- Contact new and existing prospects in order to bring on new business, with listening ability to customer/clients’ requirements and speaking appropriately to make a sale.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in order to upsell new services to them.
- Run Network Meetings - facilitating exchange of business owners with view to bringing them on board as customers in the future.
