We have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Coordinator to join our Lettings department. This varied role will require a multitude of skills and attributes as the successful individual will be operating across a number of internal teams, covering residential Property Management, Renewals and Lettings Administration.

**Duties will include (but not limited to)**:

- Preparing tenancy agreements and related paperwork
- Processing general enquiries from landlords and tenants
- Dispatching letters and related correspondence to landlords and tenants.
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth process
- Maintaining up-to-date property records on our internal database.
- Supporting our Negotiators with tenancy renewals and undertaking the associated administrative tasks.
- Dealing with maintenance-based property management enquiries and progressing them through to a successful resolution.
- General administrative support to all related departments.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Previous or current experience in some capacity within residential lettings.
- A proactive “can do” attitude, with exceptional organisational skills and capable of working effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Personable, with a professional attitude and approach
- Retain a strong attention to detail
- IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn modern software and technology.

**Salary & Benefits**

Basic salary circa **£22,000-£23,000 per annum,** depending on extent of relevant experience, plus bonuses and further financial incentives.

**Hours of Work**

Working hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. When supporting Property Management there may be an occasional requirement to work on Saturdays, but where a day off in lieu will be provided.
