**Responsibilities**:
Supervising and managing student behaviour in a classroom setting
Ensuring that students remain on task and complete assigned work during the absence of the regular teacher
Communicating effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed
Providing feedback to teachers and other staff members on student behaviour and progress
Maintaining a safe and orderly classroom environment

**Requirements**:
Experience working with secondary school students
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in education or a related field (preferred)
