You will be primarily responsible for managing the day to day import & export bookings for a range of customers. This will encompass
- managing the life cycle of each booking to final delivery
- creating bills of laden
- general problem solving / customer service


- What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who’s got a background in managing import / export bookings for a logistics type business.

They’ll also need you to have experience of managing any issues to maintain the relationship with the customer.

Plus, you’ll need some experience of ensuring the ‘admin / paperwork’ side of the business is kept on top of.
