An exciting role has arisen for a talented German speaker to join a successful e-commerce company based in Liverpool. This organisation is seeking a skilled bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their fun, dynamic and friendly team in Liverpool Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge where you can utilise your language skills and develop your career? If the answer is yes, then look no further

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Dealing with a wide range of customers via telephone and answering all enquiries in a timely manner
- Providing product information and managing orders
- Being responsible for social media by writing content, uploading blogs and translating content into German
- Troubleshooting the e-commerce system and providing support to the managers

**About you**:
In order to succeed in this role it is essential for you to have strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a German speaker with customer service experience to get involved in a friendly, creative, outgoing team You will have the chance to progress within the company and develop your skill set.

**Profile**:

- Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Fluency in additional languages is preferred
- Proven experience within a customer service or customer support role
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft programs
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Excellent team player
- Able to work in Liverpool
