GVA Search is proud to be partnering exclusively with a rapidly growing and family-owned food manufacturing business in London, who is looking to recruit a Financial Planning and Reporting Manager.

As the business grows rapidly, this is an exciting and challenging time for the Finance team and the company as a whole. We are looking to secure an enthusiastic and motivated commercial finance manager to work within the Support Office function.

This role will focus on supporting the Head of Commercial Finance with all things reporting across a multi-channel business, as well as the head office function. This will include consolidation of internal information and working with external parties toprovide SMART information and insight.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCUDE**:

- Partnering the People Director and IT Director, as well as their direct reports.
- Ownership of daily and weekly reporting cycle, supported by operational business partners
- Consolidation of Weekly flash reporting and communication to the business including insightful commentary and reference to relevant events.
- Ownership of the budget timetable and forecasting cycle, consolidation for all business units including Stores, Delivery, Grocery, the Central Production Unit as well as Head Office
- Ownership of BI reporting planning and structure, ensuring outputs are aligned to business requirements, working with an external partner to successfully deliver bespoke activity tailored to the individual channel needs.
- Ensuring actuals, budgets and forecasts are represented in BI accurately on an ongoing basis.
- Consolidation of the monthly board pack for all business units, review of commentary and playback to head of commercial finance in preparation for the board meetings with the leadership team, as well as ensuring any actions are followed up in a timely fashion.
- Creation of monthly support centre KPI deck with commentary in collaboration with heads of departments
- Support with all Investor relations analysis and communication
- Adhoc Analysis
