**Job description**
As a customer master data quality specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistencey and completeness of customer master data across our system.

Main responsibilities:

- Work with various teams to coordinate and manage the running of audit reports as defined by the business ensuring corrections are made by the relevant teams.
- Run and maintain data on a daily basis to keep our database clean and as per business guidelines.
- Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed Customer Master Data standards for the UK audit reporting.
- Identify inefficiencies within the business Customer Master Data processes and offer solutions to prevent future data quality issues.
- Manage workload to produce a quick and timely response.
- Communicate regularly with the user base regarding new features, enhancements and changes to the system.
- Manage GDPR requests and provide responses where required.
- Import data as appropriate.**Profile**
To be successful in this role you will need:

- Experience of managing large amounts of data and data structures and demonstrate a high level of accuracy.
- Experience with customer master data in a corporate environment
- SAP experience desirable, however full training will be given
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration or related field

The position is availabile on a fixed term contract between 6-12 months. Its is 37.5 hours per week based within our Banbury office.
