**Job Description**:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Delivery team within the Digital function, in a specialist role. You’ll lead the delivery of digital change that supports the Digital Strategy and Corporate Plan, and will be responsible for leading business as usual digital change, projects and initiatives. You’ll work closely with multiple business areas to deliver to deadlines, within budget and at the right level of quality, while following our Digital Methodology and ways of working.

What you will be doing

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Working with project/scrum teams to ensure they are self-organised and empowered to deliver change
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure scope is clearly defined, and where changes are required, these are identified and documented
- Creating Epic Roadmaps/Project Plans, regularly monitoring progress and reporting status to key stakeholders within Digital and around the society
- Creating mandatory documentation for submission where required e.g. Initial investment case/exception report/closure report
- Coaching and challenging team members and stakeholders throughout delivery to ensure they are working together effectively
- Ensuring risks are identified, documented and tracked in line with the risk management framework
- Monitoring project spend against agreed budget and ensuring any deviations are escalated, where outside tolerance
- Role modelling agile principles and mindset
- Following Digital methodology and ways of working, setting an example to the rest of the digital team

- Have knowledge of business project management disciplines and techniques, with experience of Digital assets
- Have Experience of leading projects/business as usual change using waterfall/agile project management methodology (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
- Be experienced in working with both technical and non-technical operational people across a variety of business areas, creating a motivated, fully engaged project team
