Job Description

Lead the design and development of our digital tax workflow tool, aimed at increasing productivity and profitability for accounting firms.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, features, and functionality.
Drive the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and end-users to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to showcase the value proposition of the tool to clients and prospects.
Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to continuously improve the user experience and drive adoption.

Skills Required

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
Strong understanding of tax or accounting services, with prior experience in the industry preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable product plans.
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
