**Strategic Account Manager / Up to £50K DOE + Bonus**
Macildowie are currently working in conjunction with a successful business in Towcester they are looking for an experience account manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
**Here's more about the Role for You**:
To build, develop and maintain strong, long-term strategic relationships with a portfolio of Strategic Accounts, ensuring sales revenues hit targets and the company are positioned for continued long-term growth within the assigned customers.
The Strategic Account Manager should work to satisfy customers' needs and requests on a day-to-day basis, while developing and nurturing relationships with the customers' group of key C-Level stakeholders, influencers and decision makers to ensure the companyis positioned within their business as the key strategic partner for the provision of digital transformation technologies.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the point of contact for all customer account matters
- Achieve Sales Revenues vs Target - 100%
- Develop new business, cross-sell and upsell within the client portfolio and identify new business opportunities in the wider environment
- Increased range of products and services sold to the existing clients.
- Increase deployment rate of devices > 25% of referrals within client
- Accurately forecast and manage sales successfully through the sales cycle, keeping the CRM up to date and accurate at all times
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationship through C-Level stakeholder engagement
- Clear pipeline of opportunities tracked and progressing to close. Pipeline supports achieving target of sales, including likely losses/gone aways.
- Work with the Sales team and Customer Success Team to onboard and integrate new clients
- Drive customer satisfaction
- Position themselves as the digital transformation 'guru' at Senior Stakeholder level
- Attend customer-specific and industry related events nationwide to promote and drive new business
- Input into the Product Development Team to feedback product and service innovation requirements which drives long-term product roadmap to ensure customer longevity
- Organise and attend innovation workshops.
- Proven, evidenced experience in hitting and exceeding revenue targets in a New Business and/or Account Management setting
- Strong background in managing, retaining and developing a small number of Key/Strategic Accounts
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the Telecare/Telehealth sector with a strong understanding of current and future market challenges and drivers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across the influencer and decision-maker spectrum
- Proven ability with end-to-end strategic account management including planning, forecasting, process management, project management, delivery
- Ability to listen, communicate and present at C-Level
- Excellent time and project management skill
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines, ability to plan
