**We are seeking a reliable and experienced UPVC Window Machinery Operative to join our team. This is a full-time position. There is potential to learn trades within the company as we are family business and we like to encourage growth in the workforce.**

**Duties**:

- Drilling uPVC Frames: You’ll drill holes in uPVC frames for handles, hinges, and other components.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Quality Checking: Ensuring the quality of uPVC window components.
- Fixing Components: Installing handles, hinges, and rubber seals into window frames.
- Assisting on Production Machinery: Supporting the operation of machinery used in window manufacturing.
- Use of Hand/Power Tools: Frequent use of tools for assembly and fabrication.
- Inspect finished products for defects or issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

**Experience**:

- Previous Manufacturing/Factory Experience: Applicants are typically expected to have prior experience in a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Proficient in welding techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
