**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprenticeships On-Programme Specialist to embed and deliver our Apprenticeship programmes. We are looking for a motivated individual, who would like a role that offers career progression and exposure to our senior leadership and executive teams.

Working within the UK Apprenticeships Team, you’ll be responsible for leading on, and ensuring apprentices are progressing to the required standards. You’ll work collaboratively with the wider Global Technical Training team and our leaders within the business to ensure that our Apprenticeship strategy is realised, with a focus on quality, learner progress and business critical capabilities.

Showcasing your apprenticeship knowledge, you’ll support the Education and Skills Funding Agency and inspection compliance. You’ll lead on apprenticeship training observations and audit progress reviews.

This role is a full-time, permanent position which can be based in our Warwick office or at our Eakring Training Centre. We offer hybrid working and some travel will be needed dependent on location. Flexible working can be considered.

**About you**:

- Previous experience of monitoring apprenticeship progress
- A knowledge of the OFSTED Education Inspection Framework
- Proven experience of working with students or young people
- Self-motivated and resilient, with excellent organisational skills with proven ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressured environment.
- Can work as part of a team and to take a flexible, professional approach.
