This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, experienced and compassionate Band 6 Dietitian, who has either an interest or experience of working within eating disorders, to work as part of the Adult Eating Disorder service in Warwick.

You will be an integral member of the multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence based dietetic interventions to adult inpatients receiving eating disorder treatment at the Aspen Centre.

**The successful applicant will be required**:
To provide specialist dietetic assessment, diagnosis and treatment programmes to patients with a variety of complex dietetic needs, within the severe eating disorders pathway.

To work autonomously within the eating disorders team with little or no daily supervision.

To work closely with the multidisciplinary team, attending and contributing in ward rounds, clinical team meetings and catering meetings.

To support and train other MDT members.

To provide ongoing education and training to the clinical teams on nutritional care in eating disorders.

We are a service specialising in the treatment of adults who have an eating disorder. We have both inpatient and community services. Aspen Centre presently has fifteen inpatient beds and is situated opposite Warwick Hospital. Our community Eating Disorders Service is currently undergoing a transformation as part of the Community Mental Health Transformation Programme. This means that we are seeking new and innovative ways to improve the services we deliver in a more holistic, person-centred way, which treats both physical and mental health.

There are great opportunities for further training in Eating Disorders and robust systems of support and supervision within the Trust. There are excellent opportunities for joint working and continuous professional development.

To provide specialist dietetic assessment, diagnosis and treatment programmes to individual clients with complex Eating Disorder needs.

To work across both an inpatient (15 bed unit) and an outpatient setting.

To be an autonomous practitioner, holding a clinical caseload and working without direct supervision.

To support less experienced staff and students and colleagues deliver the Trust contracted services.

To provide expert advice, signposting, guidance and information to health and social care professionals, clients, carers, relatives or other non-professional contacts.
