This role is responsible for providing administrative support to Credit Controllers. This is an initial Pilot to change the way credit control is managed internally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a good working relationship between other teams within the Retail Finance department and branches
- Provide an excellent service to all clients(internal) putting them at the forefront of your mind whilst completing various tasks.
- Adhering to policies and process's
- Excellent MS Office skills required, especially excel. This is vital to be successful in this role.
- Have the ability to learn and work on a wide variety of different systems.
- Responsible for investigation and escalation of cash queries, settle client accounts
- Maintain the team's mailbox with incoming queries from clients for statement and invoice requests, dealing with queries from key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring this is kept within SLA, with urgent / Complaints prioritised.
- Process all incoming mail for the Retail Credit Control department, ensuring the mail is passed out to the varies different teams within the department, with the correct process's being followed.
- Liaising with management to suggest ideas for continuous improvement.

**Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:

- Customer Services/Financial Services/Accounts experience - or an interest in
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both internally and externally at all levels
- Pro-active can do attitude
