My client is looking for an EXPERIENCED lettings negotiator preferably with at least 1 year's experience.

The role will involve carrying out viewings processing references, photography and floor plans, negotiating with landlords etc. you will be part of an established team managing over 300 properties from this branch. The role is an exciting one and benefitsfrom a commission package for the successful applicant on new business won. ARLA QUALIFIED PREFERRED Salary: £21,026.00-£30,000.00 per year Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. You will be working 1 Saturday in 3 from 9am-5pm.Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stevenage, Hertfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Licence/Certification:
