Warehouse Administrator

We are looking to recruit an effective Warehouse Administrator to manage administration activities for our warehousing and distribution operations. This is an exciting and varied role and will require involvement in all areas of the day to day operation of the warehouse.
ATG is a global sourcing specialist that partners and works with manufacturers of commodities in China, India and South East Asia. We supply parts and components to Original Equipment Manufacturers direct from our overseas factories to facilities across the globe
**Key Responsibilities**
- Organise the receiving of goods in to ATG warehouses, including returns from customers.
- Assist with stock check activities to include routine stock checks to reconcile with Sage.
- Consolidate all the despatch notes to create manifests
- Process pick lists through Sage
- Create Purchase Order requisitions through Sage
- In liaison with the Warehouse team, keep stock locations up to date on Sage as necessary
- Generate despatch paperwork for customers as required.
- Print box labels for the Warehouse as required
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and workload and manage own time constructively.
- Be able to work as part of a small team being both flexible and supportive.
- A good understanding and use of general office equipment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365 and communication tools such as Skype, Facetime, Whatsapp as required.
**Desirable**
- Experience with MRP systems
- A good understanding of logistics.
- A good understanding of warehouse procedures and best practices.
- Experience with Sage X3
- Experience of working within a warehouse setting
