**Duties and Responsibilities**
This is a new role created due to the need for a more structured operational process, and the introduction of a number of investments to further improve accuracy and efficiency.

The role will, for the large part, entail taking ownership of the warehouse operational process from goods in, all the way up to the Order fulfilment stage. This will mean involvement in:

- Procurement - Checking off and Booking in Supplier Deliveries, and reporting shortages as necessary
- Goods In - Using the Warehouse Management System to locate Inventory ready to fulfil, and accurately reflect onto the ERP system
- Customer Returns / Supplier Returns - Processing and the inspection of customer returns with the view to what action should be taken and what, following assessment will happen to the product. This will include the need for interaction with our CS team and with our suppliers regarding the return of goods for credit, replacement or inspection
- Inventory Auditing - Regular cycle counting of On-Hand Inventory to ensure Inventory levels and locations are systematically correct.
- WMS Supervision - Performing regular checks on the ongoing performance of our Warehouse Management System, and taking action as and when required

**Necessary Skills**
This is a varied and interesting role, requiring the practicalities and energy of a manual job with the eye for detail necessary for a systems-based role. No prior experience in operational systems is required, as all training will be provided, and full support will always be available; however, a proclivity towards accuracy and wanting to always make sure a process is complete and correct will be essential. Working to deadlines and under pressure especially during our peak periods will be a requirement along with a flexible attitude to working hours and the willingness and ability to work weekends (where required) to meet the needs of the business. Forklift licence would be an advantage however we are happy to provide full training if needed.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
