As the Product Marketing Lead at Merge, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our product marketing strategy. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, who can drive the go-to-market process, product positioning, and overall marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with various teams to craft compelling messages and campaigns that highlight the value of our solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use these insights to guide product development and positioning.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define, articulate, and communicate the unique value propositions of Merge's products. Create persuasive messaging that differentiates our solutions in the market.
- Generate a variety of marketing materials such as product guides, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and sales collateral that effectively communicate product benefits and features.
- Equip the sales team with the tools and knowledge needed to sell Merge’s products effectively. Provide training sessions, create pitch decks, and develop other sales enablement resources.
- Develop strategies to engage with customers and gather feedback. Use this information to improve product offerings and inform future marketing strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Work closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Act as the bridge between product development and marketing to ensure alignment.
- Help build and maintain a strong brand presence in the fintech industry.
- Monitor key metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve ongoing efforts.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in product marketing, with a focus on B2B fintech or payments industry. Proven track record in leading successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in understanding and conveying technical concepts. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans. Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
