We are looking for a Full time, Band 7 District Nurse Team Leader to join our Community Nursing Teams within Community Services at Salford.

**Specialist Practitioner Qualification in District Nursing is essential.**

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic individual, who thinks a bit differently, can share responsibility and take decisions together and will innovate, lead change and deliver quality improvement. The role provides a great opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills.

You will work with our Clinical lead nurses and service managers and will will influence promoting a quality service whilst achieving high standards of assessment for personalised care plans, enabling excellent care delivery to patients, in their own home or within local clinic settings.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

**_Please note an NMC PRN PIN is not a full NMC PIN and would not fulfil the essential criteria for this role._**

**_ This vacancy is open to those who have a current NMC PIN to practice as an Registered Nurse or Midwife in the UK, or those who are currently enrolled on a course which means they expect to receive their full NMC PIN within the next 3 months._**

- Ability to travel to different geographical locations across the Trust footprint in line with service needs.

- Full UK driving license with willingness to use own car for work purposes.
