**About The Role**:
Are you an agency recruiter looking for the next step in your career? Perhaps you’ve experience from an in-house talent acquisition team and are looking for a new challenge? Practice Plus Group are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Executive into our established, experienced, inclusive and welcoming Resourcing Team. This role sits within Practice Plus Group’s secondary care division, which runs a number of private hospitals and surgical centres across the country offering diagnostics and elective treatment to both NHS and private patients.

**What you'll be doing**:
Talent Acquisition Executives work in a hybrid capacity and are expected at our offices in Central Reading (soon to be Theale for) for approximately two days a week, travel to our hospitals and surgical centres will be required on occassion to cement yourself as part of the team and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.

**What we’ll look for in you**:
Ideally you will have:

- At least 6 months’ experience either within a recruitment agency or from within an established in-house recruitment team
- Evidence of previous work requiring ability to work autonomously, able to prioritise own work load and manage numerous ongoing work streams - Experience using a recruitment database or ATS
- Experience of using a variety of sourcing methods including social media
- An effective communicator, able to manage negotiations with highly educated clinicians (e.g. consultant surgeons) and at times challenges from senior stakeholders. Coupled with an ability to adapt communication style based on the individual communicating with
