Due to growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our busy Recruitment office in Reading.

You will come from either and agency or internal recruitment background and be driven to succeed and work in a target driven environment. You may currently be a 360 Recruitment consultant who is looking to move into an internal function. If so, this role would certainly suit you.

**The Role**
- Manage job advertising, sourcing and screening.
- Write meaningful and attractive job adverts and ensure all roles are posted across a range of channels.
- Build sourcing strategies using our database (i.e. mailshotting, creating projects) and use creative ways to identify and engage talent.
- Create and publish posts across social media channels
- Build credibility by sourcing performance across the business
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Ensure all KPI's and targets are met consistently
