Trainee Telesales Advisor

**Salary**:£20,000 - £27,000 (depending upon experience) + achievable commission

**Location**:Crewe, CW16BD (10-15-minute walk from Crewe Train Station)

**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 5:00pm

**Please note - we are unable to offer remote/hybrid working or sponsorship for this position**

**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to schedule appointments for our field-based sales teams.
- Update our CRM system showing activity, tasks and noted conversations
- Achieve set KPI’s on call activity, pipeline and appointments booked

**Skills needed for this role**
- Excellent communications skills; demonstrating confidence and attention to detail.
- Money motivated and ambitious to hit and exceed targets.
- A positive attitude towards customers
