They focus on providing quality services, emphasising the highest standards of efficiency and accuracy within their Accounting & Finance Department.
- Processing invoices and expense claims.
- Managing supplier queries and building strong relationships.
- Maintaining the accounts payable ledger.
- Preparing payment runs.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Assisting with month-end closing.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Accounts Payable process.
- Adhering to and promoting the company's financial policies and procedures.
**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- Strong numerical skills.
- Experience within an accounting or finance sector.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work as part of a team and independently.
- Experience using accounting software.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
